You must hold appropriate certifications and insurance for the services you offer.

Zenizee is not liable for any harm, injury, or dispute arising from services booked through the platform. Users and practitioners engage with each other at their own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user or practitioner from the platform if these terms are violated.
