Join us for a relaxing workshop where crystals meet mindfulness. Slow down, explore the traditional meanings of natural crystals, and set an intention for what you’d like to welcome into your life.
What to expect:
Choose your crystal, Pick a natural crystal you feel most connected to and discover its symbolic meaning.
Relax & reconnect, Enjoy gentle breathing, guided meditation and visualisation.
Set your intention, Reflect on what matters to you, whether it’s calm, confidence, a fresh start or a personal goal.
Take something meaningful home, Keep your chosen crystal and handwritten intention card in a Kira Kira pouch.
No experience with crystals or meditation needed. Just come as you are!

About the Teacher:
Janice is a yoga and meditation teacher and the founder of Kira Kira. She has practised yoga for over 15 years, alongside a longstanding interest in spirituality, yoga philosophy and meditation. Her learning journey has taken her through Bali, Europe and Malaysia.
Her teaching is gentle and approachable, inviting participants to slow down, develop awareness and connect with themselves. Whether new to these practices or more experienced, everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace.
