The Gift of Letting Go: Breathwork & Festive Reflection
When: Monday, 30 November 2026, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Where: Home House Studio, 44 Great Cumberland Pl, London W1H 7BS, UK
Price: £30
Hosted by: Yasmin Nguyen
As the year draws to a close, give yourself the gift of letting go.
We'll begin with a nourishing and grounding breathwork sequence designed to open the heart, support soft release, and help you begin to close the year, the joys, challenges, and lessons.
Following the practice, we'll move into The Gift of Letting Go, a guided reflection practice where you'll be invited to look back on the year inspired by a key cornerstone Shamanic philosophy: all are part of a whole.
We'll close the evening with warming seasonal refreshments and time to mingle, connect, and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
This event is for you if...
- Your life feels really fast and you're seeking a place to slow down
- You enjoy breathwork but want something softer, slower, and more somatic
- You want to close your year intentionally, letting go of what can stay in 2026 and beginning to plant the seeds for 2027.
Outline
6:00 - 6:15pm Soft Arrival
Settle in and get cosy. We'll begin with some gentle stretches, meditation, and vocal toning to ground body and mind.
6:15pm - 7:15 Breathwork and Bodywork
You'll lie down and be guided through a yin breathwork sequence, designed to help you ground and unwind, landing in a softer inner state. There are options for gentle bodywork, supporting deeper release.
7:15pm - 7:45pm The Gift of Letting Go
You'll be guided through a reflection practice that welcomes all parts of your year, the easy, difficult, and everything in between. Through journaling, creative arts, and optional sharing, we gently invite our year to close.
7:45pm - 8:00pm Festive Refreshments
We close the evening with festive refreshments and time for casual conversations and new connections.
